Battlestar Galactica 3x03 Exodus pt. I
- I noticed this last time but forgot it in my writeup -- but when the the Cylon centurions come to execute the prisoners and Zarek pulls Roslin back? OMG. That gets me every time. It's almost on par with bit at the end of season 2 when Kara comes back after rescuing Anders and Adama brushes her hair out of her eyes and she scrunches up her nose. That's my favorite BSG scene out of ALL of them.
- One hour earlier? WTF, BSG, I hate this shit. I thought you'd gotten that out of your system last season. In the future, please keep the storytelling linear. And don't fucking go back in time to THE MIDDLE OF THE LAST EPISODE.
- ONE-EYE TIGH! OMG. I love him as much as I love Crazy-Eye Ford. What IS it about these characters with the freakiness? "The last thing your son wants is me and Ellen for parents." SO TRUE, ONE-EYE.
- This is the first time I really saw that the chief loves Cally. He was so frantic! Poor Tyrol! But I like that thought saving Roslin and Zarek was worth risking his and Cally's lives. Awww!
- CYLONS HAVE NIGHTMARES!??!?
(ABOUT BABIES!???!?)- Mommy!Kara is a freaky thing to behold. Also, I still think the child is EVIL INCARNATE.
- The soothsayer (or whatever) that Number Three visited was hilariously creepy. "I wish I had some chocolate caramels."
- The music that played during the "I'll see you at the rendezvous point" scene sounds SO MUCH LIKE the Shire theme in LOTR. This is not the first time I have thought this about that particular piece of music. It just makes me think Adama is like an overgrown hobbit.
- Man, Lee and Adama. Their relationship has changed
so much since the beginning of the show. (Also, is it just me, or does the Battlestar Galactica cast salute a lot better than the Stargate cast? It sure looks like it.)
- Laura/Anders is totally the new Laura/Lee.
"How far do you want me to go? I mean, if it looks like the Cylons are going to capture them, do-"
"No. Don't let it get to that point. That's all."
- Ohmygod. Saul and Ellen. Oh.My.God.
- Oh,
Sharon. The
faith she has in Adama!
- The scene where Kat is sitting at the table and Racetrack answers the phone? Oh man.
- wtf. THE END? I HATE YOU, TWO-PARTERS!
