Shows I'm watching or will be watching as soon as they start airing this fall:

Stargate Atlantis
Heroes
Supernatural
How I Met Your Mother
Bones
Eureka

Things I will be watching when they come on that is unfortunately not this fall, really:

Doctor Who
Torchwood
Dollhouse
Battlestar Galactica

Old shows I'm watching:

Stargate SG-1 (12 episodes in)
Moonlight (2 episodes in)
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (5 episodes in)
The X-Files (0 episodes in)
Supernatural (10 episodes in)

Things I have watched and may or may not continue watching as soon as all the current shit is wrapped up:

The 4400 (I've seen the first two seasons, have two more to go)
E.R. (for the many dramatic lols)
Scrubs (for the intentional lols)
Farscape (I keep getting mired in the first season)
Lost (if I want to get trapped in tangly JJAbrams mythos)
Friday Night Lights (there aren't enough explosions/fight scenes for me... too much touchy-feely emotional shit)
Prison Break (been meaning to watch the second season since I've seen the first and third, and the second is the one with filming locations I actually know)

This started being a comment in your other entry. Now it's here. Not sure where it would make more sense.

I think I started to warn you about the first season of the X-Files, but I am reminding you. It is campier and lots of the episodes are not as good as later seasons. There IS lovely Mulder/Scully tension and it gets better near the end. But at the beginning especially, Scully is always the wrong, close-minded woman to Mulder's tall handsome always-right man.

And of course you are getting mired in the first season of Farscape! The real arc of the season, not to mention the series, doesn't start until about halfway through.

I watched an X-Files episode this morning before I went to class, and I enjoyed it. Scully is so pretty! And Mulder doesn't even know he's in love with her yet, but I'm sure that it's already started! I MEAN, SHE CAME INTO HIS ROOM AND DISROBED. I FLAILED A LITTLE AT THAT. I DON'T EVEN SHIP THEM YET BUT I KNOW I WILL, SO IT MADE ME EXCITED IN ANTICIPATION OF MY FUTURE EXCITEMENT. It kind of reminds me of the 4400 though since at this point they don't know much/anything about the aliens other than THEY'RE PROBABLY OUT THERE AND HAVE AN AGENDA and I tend more to like scifi where aliens are already An Established Presence and also there are spaceships and things go boom. But then, I thought I wouldn't like Buffy either and now it's one of my faves, SO.

And Farscape may have to wait until I can netflix it... all my downloads keep drying up and I'm never so into it that I'll put the time into finding new ones!

Hi. I realise this is random, but friending. There so SHOULD be a fandom for Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective agency and we should call it DGHDA. :)
Did you know a lot of the plot was taken from a not taped show for doctor who douglas adams wrote? I didn't but, yeah... the time travelling guy was a time lord :)

hello, hello! I've friended you back.

I really hope "DGHDA" is pronounced "digduh" because that sounds HILARIOUS to say. And I didn't know that about the plot, but it makes a lot of sense now that you mention it!
