2. Kansas's "Carry on Wayward Son" = always brilliant in Supernatural. Also, apparently the single came out in 1977. Do you know what else came out in 1977? That's right, STAR WARS. I think this would quite possibly make a brilliant fanvid. It's almost TOO perfect though. I mean, it's SO CLEARLY about Luke. All the clip choices I'm thinking of are so absurdly literal that I wouldn't even be able to watch the vid if I made it. I'm not sure what theme it would have other than "lol Luke. lol Kansas. LOLOLOL AWESOME." I just really can't stand literal or themeless fanvids. idk, it's a thing. Like that Iron Man vid, "Handlebars," which is so literal that I can't stand to watch it because it doesn't engage me on any level deeper than "hey, this song fits Iron Man pretty well." I learn nothing new about Tony Stark or the movie or the song, and there is nothing for me to interpret. Boring.

Also, beyond Cassie, we did not see Dean getting any this season. My theory about Dean having way, way less sex than people think he is having is holding [this is an awkwardly-constructed sentence, sorry]. And about that threesome that supposedly happened in Provenance? Yeah, Dean just slept out in the car all by his lonesome. THAT'S MY THEORY AND I'M STICKING TO IT. Though actually I have a whole lot of character reasons and other fancypants substantiation and I'd write a meta post on it except I'm lazy and have midterms and icon battles and presidential elections to attend to.
