Thanks! It did take ages -- definitely the hardest part of the icon once I decided on how it should look. I edited the post with some of my zillions of alternates, lol, so I can go back and look at them when I'm feeling lame about how long it takes me to get text right.

The font is Clarendon (http://www.linotype.com/261/clarendonlt-family.html), which is one of my favorites. I was trying to use something blockier like Cairo but that was a nightmare, lol.
