I just had a very strange dream where I wrote an opera that was a crossover between Superman and Bionic Woman, or something. Superman was a lyric-dramatic tenor and the Bionic Woman was a lyric mezzo-soprano, which was weird because my dream kept TRYING to make her into a coloratura soprano and then giving up. Which was hilarious dream logic. But the dream also included an operatic version of Michael Jackson's "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'" so I don't think we should even attempt to examine this dream logic. ANYWAY, in the dream, the bionic woman (who was fully bionic) was assigned by her government handlers to capture a suspected "bionic man" who was "a terrorist," but of course it was SUPERMAN, and then they got involved in these fights and dramatic discussions of morality, and then somehow they ended up destroying EVERYTHING and being the only two people left alive on earth, which naturally provided a great setting for the final song. Also, there was a snarky narrator. I think he was a baritone, but whatever he was, he was kind of a jerk. lol.

Anyway, it was a weird dream.

J.Crew website went down like half an hour ago while I was in the middle of shopping on it. *cries*
